Step into the stillness with a 90-minute Sound Bath weaved with Yoga Nidra, designed to restore, relax and renew.
This special Sunday evening combines the healing vibrations of a sound bath with the guided conscious rest of Yoga Nidra, allowing your body to soften and your mind to quieten. Combining these 2 practices invites a deep Nervous System Reset.
Close out 2025 with intention. Relax, reset, and rise ready for 2026!
This event is a collaboration between Ancient Sound Healing & The Gym Howth.
What is Sound Bath: Alternatively known as Sound Therapy is the practice of using sound and frequency to bring harmony, healing and relaxation to the body, mind & soul. Vibrations from the instruments can assist the release of energetic and emotional blockages in the body and stimulate healing.
What is Yoga Nidra: Is a guided meditation practice often called “yogic sleep.” It brings you into a deeply restful state between wakefulness and sleep, allowing the body to relax fully while the mind remains gently aware.
What to bring/wear:
